BE ONE HOUR EARLY, UNEXPECTED CHANGES COULD RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTED TIME CHANGING.

8-10 Horses= full day
With a 5 Horse Minimum, additional charges are avoided.

NO-SHOWS/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. NO RESCHEDULING UNTIL $85.00 FEE IS COLLECTED.

Having difficulty coordinating your group?

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS WILL RESERVE EACH TIME SLOT. DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE DENTISTRY AT THE DATE/TIME OF A RESERVED TIME SLOT. THIS ASSURES THAT THE HORSE OWNER WILL KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE THEIR PLACE. DEPOSIT CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO DR. ALLEN. STANDARD DEPOSITS TAKEN RANGE FROM $50.00 ON UP.

Please check with your coordinator for availability. When you contact us we connect you with the coordinator for the barn and you can arrange a mutually convenient time for your horse/horses. Please bring proof of coggins/vaccinations for the hosting barn.
