HOW TO SCHEDULE: one horse per time slot; 2 miniatures per time slot (group these together & they must go first or last); gaited redos usually take less time so 11 can be scheduled in one day; seniors &/or horses with obvious outward signs of needing dentistry can take 2 time slots.

8-10 horses= 1 day (10 when a mixture of new & those we have seen before)

THE NUMBER OF HORSES SCHEDULED CAN EFFECT THE STARTING TIME.  IF A FULL DAY WAS ANTICIPATED BUT A PARTIAL DAY RESULTS, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE ABOUT THIS CHANGE SO THAT WE CAN ADJUST OUR SCHEDULE & THE TRIP'S LOGISTICS.  THANK YOU. COORDINATORS MAY BE ASKED TO WORK FROM THE LAST TIME SLOT TOWARD 9 A.M.

* DEPOSITS CAN BE TAKEN BY COORDINATORS IN ORDER TO RESERVE EACH TIME SLOT.  THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE DENTISTRY ON THE DATE/TIME RESERVED.  DEPOSITS ARE $50.00 ON UP.  CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE TO DR. TOM ALLEN AND HAVE YOUR HORSE/HORSE'S NAME ON THE CHECK. TO AVOID LOOSING YOUR DEPOSIT, FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
