Please make sure your bill is paid upon the date of service.
We don’t extend credit nor do we do any billing
but we do
provide a
Horse Dentistry
Service to the
horse-owning public.
We offer the convenience of
HOLDING CHECKS instead of taking credit cards, this saves us both money. If we
were to accept credit cards or extend to our clients the option of
billing, our fees would need to be increased to compensate for providing
those additional services.
HOLDING CHECKS
We will accept a check for 1/2 your
invoice total, cashable upon the day of service. We will HOLD the check
the other half of your total for up to
30 days.
Both checks need to be presented when
service is rendered.
RETURNED CHECKS
Service Charge: $35.00
INVOICING
Your dental chart is your bill. We do not
issue additional invoices. Keeping track of your balance would be billing
and we do not provide that service.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Personal Checks, cash, Money orders, credit card checks.
15% ADDITIONAL CHARGE
If your check is not present on the day
our dentistry service is
rendered, we will automatically apply a
15% additional charge to your dentistry total.
* First Time Horses are those that have
not been seen by Dr.Allen previously.
ADDITIONAL TRIP FEES & ALTERNATIVE MINIMUMS MAY APPLY TO BARNS OUT OF
OUR SERVICE AREA DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBERS OF HORSES.
