"She had ulcerations on both
sides of her mouth and a really sharp tooth in the back. He
has made her more comfortable. I am able to bridle and
unbridle her now (before you couldn't touch her ears.)" |
| "Hi - Dr. Tom -
You worked on bud on Saturday at Cascade Ranch. He's the QH
with the real bad parrot mouth. I wanted you to know that he
is doing wonderfully. He is eating very normally - for him.
He no longer has to turn his head sideways to eat, and he is
enjoying being outside and grazing with the others." |

"Dr.
Allen worked on my mare's teeth on Sunday, and I wanted to let
you know Miracle was like a different horse today. She
also stood quietly before and after I rode and while I saddled
her, and she seemed happier in general. I haven't changed
anything else since I rode her last, so I can only assume it was
from the work on her teeth. Just thought you would be
interested to know this, though you probably hear this
frequently." |

Hi
Dawn,
Nikki here. I just wanted to give an update on my barrel
horse, Truck. We came on Aug. 4th to see Dr. Allen and my
horse has had an amazing recovery, gaining about 100 lb. So,
needless to say he is a little overweight for running the
barrels, but I'm just happy that he is eating better and looks
healthier. I want to thank both you and Dr. Allen for being
so informative at the appointment. We feel that we were
educated in a way that makes us aware of the potential
problems that may arise if their teeth aren't taken care of
properly.
I am attaching a photo of us at one of the rodeo's.
Thanks so much!

"Dawn, I
just wanted to thank you and Doc Allen for all you did for my
palomino, Prince. He had to get use to a different way
of chewing for a couple of days, but he has gained at least 25
pounds in the last week with half the feed I was giving him
and he is cleaning up his hay now! We are going on a
campout next weekend down in Shawnee N.F. near the Ohio River
and I'll be thinking of you both for giving me my horse back.
I've been riding him in the corn fields and he can clean up a
cob in nothing flat now. Thanks again.' |

"I wanted to let you
know that I have ridden my horse (Eika) now 5 times since
you have last worked on her. SHE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE
ANGEL about staying on the bit! I am so pleased.
Thank you so much for giving me back my beautiful dressage
horse!" |
|
"Lance is doing great. He never tosses his head now
and is very quiet and happy with the bit. He is no
longer tucking his head to the left to grab the bit." |
|
"Tom started working on
my first horse 8 years ago. Now, he comes up to Illinois
to work on all 14 of my horses every six months. I
can't tell you how impressed I am with his knowledge of
equine dentistry. My horses are always
healthy...for this, I give credit to Dr. Allen!
Thanks to him, my horses are very happy!
(Dawn, you are
a sweetie too!)" |
