scheduled will be listed. Respond to the update, and inquire about a
location close to you. If a barn has availability, Dawn will
pass along contact information for you to arrange to trailer your
horse/s to a
HOSTING BARN.
FITTING
ADDITIONAL FARM CALLS/HORSES INTO A PREPLANNED TRIP MAY NOT ALWAYS
BE DOABLE UNLESS THERE IS A CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT. WE ARE OFTEN
ABLE TO LOCATE A BARN TO HOST HORSE/HORSES LOCATED ON A PRESCHEDULED
TRIP.
Look ahead,
reserving your date in advance to secure an appointment when you
want one. Spring is the busiest time but don't hesitate to
check on availability and Dawn may be able to give you some options.
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS ARE THE MOST POPULAR & GO THE QUICKEST.
CONSIDER: FRIDAYS, MONDAYS & HOLIDAYS AS ALTERNATIVES.
PLEASE DON’T ASSUME YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, CALL OR EMAIL & CHECK
OUR SCHEDULING UPDATE TO VERIFY IF A RESERVED DATE BELONGS TO YOUR
BARN.

HEAR FROM YOU ABOUT SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME
THAT WE HAVE SCHEDULED YOUR BARN. DR. ALLEN DOES NOT SCHEDULE
APPOINTMENTS. PLEASE CONTACT DAWN.
